Reason for why is India's still a developing country.

India a country with vast population. A country from where lots of doctors, engineers, scientists,and labors are working all over world. Even according to the last done census after every six people in world one is Indian. And appreciation of their work can be seen and listened time to time. But if people in India have such abilities why don't they work in India and help their own country to make a developed country. Some people in India think this is so because they want to earn much income which cannot be paid in India. But it is not reality .Due to reservation in India most of good engineers , doctors are not able to get job in their own country so they work out. Some people don't know how reservation works in India.Actually some of the posts in government are reserved for low casts. So if there are two people with 80% and 50% , and the one with 80% is of general and 50% one is of a low cast . But due to reservation that post will be given to 50% one .In fact everyone know that 80% one is much better than 50% one .And other countries sees marks not the caste. So for income and job they work out. Think if all the labors , scientists,doctors returned to India who can stop us to become a well developed country in world.We can be best and we will be the best . And to do this is not a big deal our constitution says there must be equality in India and with reservation and caste system this cannot be possible. Caste system in India is the main cause for this partiality and hatred towards each other. My aim is not to anyone's felling but to make my country better or the best.
